This is one of my mother's recipe, I copy her in this one to the T, because there is no scope of improvement in here!! These crispy kabab's are a family favourite! hope you guys like it too:)
Mutton mince (finely minced) (250 gms)
Onion (finely chopped)(1 small)
Lemon juice (½ lemon)
Coriander and pudina (½ cup)
Ginger - garlic paste (1 tbsp)
Garam masala (½ tbsp)
Red chilli powder (1 tbsp)
Corn flour (for coating)
- Blend all the ingredients except for the corn flour.
- Make small patty and dust with corn flour and shallow fry them.
- Fry till brown on both sides.
- Serve with onion rings and pudina chutney with a squeeze of lemon on top. Enjoy!!:)
